New Delhi, March 11, 2017 – Kailash Mansarovar Yatra usually happens during the months of May – September when the weather conditions are favourable for devotees to trek. The pilgrimage is lead by Dr. Sanjay Krishna Salil ji Maharaj from May 26th to May 30th 2017; Pilgrims who clear the medical tests are eligible to travel.
Acharya Sanjay Krishna “Salil” has been enlightening people of all walks of life by his clear diction and fluent discourse on the spiritual teachings over different TV channels like Sanskar and Aastha. He is also the founder president of Tulsi Ramayana Bhagwat Peeth in Vrindavan.
Amongst many religions, belief has it that Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi meditate at Kailash Mansarovar, while some believe it is where Tirthankara attained Nirvana. Also a dip in the sacred waters of Manasarovar Lake is believed to clear the sins of seven births.
The Kailash Mansarovar Yatra itinerary is well curated and includes a 5 day trek with a convenient package for pilgrims. It is very convenient for people of any age group as is organised via helicopters and there is very less distance to travel via foot.
The tour begins from Lucknow. It takes 5 hours by road to Nepalgunj with luxury Vehicles. The night stay is arranged at a hotel followed by evening briefing. After an early checkout from the hotel, all of them board a flight to Simikot from where helicopters are arranged to fly to Hilsa. After the landing there is a small walk about 1/2 kilometre and at the immigration check there are Chinese guides, drivers and AC luxury vehicles arranged for the journey, to reach Purang which is an hour. Dinner and the overnight stay is at a Hotel.This day is spent by local sight seeing and you tune yourself to the atmosphere and the night is spent here. After an early breakfast a drive to Kailash Mansarovar which takes about 2 hours. And the most awaiting day comes while you worship the Holy Mountain “Mt. Kailash Manasarovar”. The pilgrims reach Mansarovar Lake by a Vehicle to do the Parikrama. Parikrama is circumambulation around the Kailash Mansarovar. Places around Darchen and Yamadwar will be visited based on the weather conditions. And return back to Purang/Hilsa for the night stay. Returning back from Simikot by helicopter and then the pilgrims take flight to Nepalgunj and then drive back to lucknow. So if you are travelling out of state or country from lucknow make sure your stay and travel is arranged by yourself to reach back home safely.
The founder president of Tulsi Ramayana Bhagwat Peeth has been conducting Kailash Mansarovar Yatra for the last 23 years now from Vrindavan. Dr. Sanjay Krishna Salil ji Maharaj organises purely religious pilgrim travel to Kailash Mansarovar. He also conducts Braj 84 Kos Yatra annually totally free of cost for over 2000 devotees. This is a religious pilgrimage and much care is taken to reduce commute on foot. Pure vegetarian food and mineral water is served during the pilgrimage.
